Submit the route
Provide the requested date and time, exact pickup and destination addresses, pet type, age, weight, service type, and contact information.
A reliable trip is created through complete information, written confirmation, proper equipment, live contacts, realistic timing, and a clear receiving plan.
The route must be reviewed and the required deposit must be paid. Requests are not valid until payment is completed and Critter Car confirms the service details.
The transportation sequence
Provide the requested date and time, exact pickup and destination addresses, pet type, age, weight, service type, and contact information.
Tell us about carriers, crating or leash help, mobility, medications, behavior, appointment attendance, waiting, parking, airport access, and additional pets.
Critter Car reviews route length, staffing, timing, traffic, animal and equipment needs, receiving access, and whether the request fits available capability.
The service is priced from the applicable base rate, mileage, anticipated waiting, add-ons, parking, after-hours fees, and any custom-route costs.
The booking process requires a $99 non-refundable deposit. The request is not valid until the deposit is paid and the trip is confirmed.
Secure the pet in approved equipment, label supplies, alert the clinic or airline, establish payment, and provide written handoff instructions.
Base service is curbside. Be ready at the vehicle unless in-home crating, leash assistance, building access, or another pickup arrangement was confirmed.
The driver follows the confirmed route and contacts. Delays, waiting, access problems, or a change in scope may add time and cost.
The pet, carrier, records, medications, supplies, instructions, and access items are transferred to the confirmed person or care team.
Return transportation, final communication, outstanding waiting or direct expenses, and any follow-up needs are completed according to the booking.
What the request should include
Preparation by trip type
Tell the clinic who is transporting, authorize communication, establish payment, send written questions, and confirm who can consent to changes in care.
Reserve the animal with the airline, confirm terminal or cargo-office location, provide flight details, and verify documents, carrier, and acceptance timing.
Complete provider intake, confirm appointment or check-in time, establish payment, and identify discharge and return-transport instructions.
Confirm access at both addresses, identify the receiving adult, secure keys or codes, and label food, medication, records, and belongings.
Plan relief, food, medication, weather, overnight needs, communication windows, delays, and the driver’s return travel.
Provide all information immediately. Same-day transportation is considered on a standby basis and is never guaranteed merely because a form was submitted.
Gather both addresses, timing, pet and carrier information, support needs, and receiving contacts before opening the request form.
