Reservation deposit: the booking process requires a $99 non-refundable deposit. A request is not valid until payment is completed and Critter Car confirms the service.

We commonly consider routes throughout Portland, PDX, Beaverton, Tigard, Tualatin, Lake Oswego, Milwaukie, Happy Valley, Gresham, Hillsboro, Vancouver, and nearby communities. Longer Oregon, Washington, and selected regional routes are quoted individually.
At PDX, the airline determines whether an animal is handed off in the terminal or at an airline cargo office. Guardians remain responsible for airline reservations, carrier requirements, documents, health rules, and acceptance timing.
