Use the Cats in the City transportation request form for local pet taxi, PDX airport, veterinary appointment, medical chaperone, delivery, and regional route requests.
Gather both addresses, requested timing, animal and carrier details, receiving contact, and the exact support needed.
Deposit: the booking process requires a $99 non-refundable deposit. A submitted request is not valid until payment is completed and the trip is confirmed.
Official request pathway
The form collects route, pet, service, schedule, contact, pricing, and deposit information. It is hosted within the Cats in the City system because Critter Car transportation is part of that connected care operation.
