How a typical total is formed

Base service + mileage + waiting or chaperone time + applicable parking, after-hours, equipment, additional-pet, or special-route charges.

A $99 non-refundable deposit is required through the booking process. A reservation request is not valid until the deposit is paid.

How published rates combine.

35-mile one-way trip

$125 base + 35 miles × $4.99 ($174.65) = $299.65.

35-mile round trip + 20 minutes waiting

$175 base + $174.65 mileage + $30 waiting = $379.65.

Airport + 5 miles + 10 minutes waiting

$349 base + $24.95 mileage + $15 waiting + parking = $388.95 plus parking.

Deposits, estimates, and final totals

Know what confirms the reservation and what may change the bill.

$99 booking deposit

The booking process requires a $99 non-refundable deposit. A submitted form without completed deposit payment does not create a valid reservation.

Estimates depend on information

An estimate can change when addresses, timing, pet count, waiting, access, route, carrier needs, or service scope differs from the request.

Written confirmation controls

A custom written quote or confirmation may override general website rates for long-distance, package, extraordinary, or specially negotiated services.
